Buses 4U services are operated by the East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership and at ESRTP we need to store the personal information provided by our customers when they initially register with us in order to provide the transport services they require This applies to the following Buses 4U services:

We will never share data with any other organisations or individuals and are committed to keeping data safe and secure. We take customer data privacy seriously, as we always have. ESRTP customers who would like to receive a copy of the personal data that we have may contact us to request this at any time.
