What is Buses 4U?
Buses 4U is a network of local community transport bus services which principally operate within the local council areas of Mole Valley District, Reigate & Banstead Borough and Tandridge District in Surrey plus Sevenoaks District in Kent. All services are operated by the East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership. To find out more about Buses 4U in your area please follow the Areas of Service link on the left. There are two main types of service:
Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) Services
Our Buses 4U DRT services are a completely flexible type of local bus that has no fixed timetable. The route of the bus is determined by the requests from passengers.
Fixed Route Services
Our Buses 4U fixed route services operate traditional timetabled services.

Bus Route Changes - 29 August 2015
The following changes will take place for Saturday 29 August:
Mole Valley Villager
Bus 22 - Saturdays
Following the withdrawal of the Saturday service by the previous operator, Buses 4U will operate one return journey from Newdigate to Dorking and one return journey from the Holbury St Mary/Abinger loop to Dorking.Two return journeys will operate between Chart Downs and Dorking.
Bus 50 - Saturdays
This service will no longer operate to Crawley. The return journey from Horsham will depart 10 minutes earlier.
Bus 50 - Mondays to Fridays (from Tuesday 1 September)
Some journey times have changed on the Tuesday and Friday shopping journeys to/from Horsham to standardise arrival and departure times at Horsham.
A bus 50 journey will operate from Walliswood at 1309 to Dorking via Coldharbour at 1319.
The 1655 journey from Dorking to Horsham on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays will now also operate on Wednesdays, so providing a return facility for the new Coldharbour journey at 1319.

Mole Valley Demand Responsive Service
This service will now operate on Saturday afternoons between 1400 and 1730 and can be booked by calling 01372 20 45 40 between 0830 and 1630 on Mondays to Fridays.
Bus 540 - Mondays to Fridays (from Tuesday 1 September)
Following the withdrawal of this service by the previous operator, Buses 4U will operate 2 return journeys between Woldingham and Caterham including a shopping service to Caterham on the Hill Tesco. Bus 540 Timetable
Summer Sunday Rambler 765 - 2 August 2015
This service returned for the summer on Sunday 29 March and will finish for the winter on Sunday 18 October 2015. Details
Due to road closures necessitated by the Prudential Ride London cycle race on 2 August 2015, Bus 765 will not operate on this date.
Please note that due to the fire at Clandon Park on 29 April 2015, Bus 765 will not be serving this property until further notice. Departure times for all other locations will remain unchanged.
Buses 4U Mole Valley Village Link - 8 June 2015
An extra evening journey from Dorking Main Station to Betchworth & Buckland at 1830 will be available from 8 June 2015. For full details visit Mole Valley Village Link Commuter Service
Chatterbus C1 & C2 - 7 April 2015
A new community transport service commenced operation in the Cobham Area on tuesday 7 April. The C1 services runs on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) and the C2 on Saturdays. The service is operated by the East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership under contract to Cobham Community Bus CIC. Full details are at Chatterbus
Buses 4U Mole Valley Village Link
For the benefit of regular rail travellers, a new commuter shuttle service will run between Buckland, Betchworth, Strood Green and Brockham to Dorking Main Station. For full details visit Mole Valley Village Link Commuter Service

Summer Sunday Rambler 765 - 20 October 2014
This service has now completed its first (2014) summer season and will return for 2015 on Sunday 29 March and finish on Sunday 18 October 2015. These dates coincide with the first and last Sundays of British Summer Time. Further details will be available in due course.
Summer Sunday Rambler 765 - 13 April 2014
This service links various National Trust properties around Dorking and has been launched with funding from the Big Lottery Fund after a successful bid by ESRTP for a package of initiatives to help improve transport links in the Mole Valley area.
For more details follow the Areas of Service link in the panel on the top left of this page. The service is listed under the Mole Valley District.
Please note that, due to a London-Surrey cycling event, Bus 765 will NOT operate on Sunday 10 August 2014 as various roads on the route will be closed for this event.
