Buses 4U

Buses 4U is a completely flexible type of local bus service that has no fixed timetable. The route of the bus is determined by the requests from passengers. This type of service is often referred to as "demand responsive transport" or DRT.

Buses4U also operates some fixed route services.

Buses4U are operated by the East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership (ESRTP) based in Oxted, Surrey, U.K. Our buses principally operate within the local council areas of Mole Valley District, Reigate & Banstead Borough and Tandridge District.

Buses 4U Membership

The daytime service in Reigate & Banstead Borough is only available to Buses 4U Members. Click here for a Buses 4U Registration Form.

Withdrawal of Postbus Services in Surrey - 4 April 2009

The Royal Mail will withdraw its Postbus services in Surrey on 4 April 2009. ESRTP is pleased to announce that it will be operating a replacement Buses 4U service number 433 in the Mole Valley District area.

The Buses 4U demand responsive service in the Tandridge District area provides an alternative to the Oxted-Lingfield and Redhill -Outwood Postbuses.
